Nishino is located in front of the gates of Ebara-ji Temple, the birthplace of Gyoki,
and here you can find fresh produced from the mountains and seas deliciously and dynamically prepared.
The “Chef’s Choice Seasonal Kaiseki Banquet” for 5,000 yen has been very well
received for both its content and volume. Other options on the menu includes the
famous Sakai eel cuisine, which has been collecting a great deal of buzz from
the mass media. Directly purchasing fish from fishermen working in the vicinity,
including the only restaurant in Sakai that can obtain Kishiwada produced fresh
whitebait when available, and vegetables from producers in Osaka, fresh
ingredients are deliciously prepared and then sold at reasonable prices.
