Founded at the start of the 17th century, a flavor resulting from continued protection of traditional production methods.

After founding in the early 17th century during the Enpo period (1673-1681), this long-standing confectioner is rightfully proud of the flavor of their "keshi mochi" rice cakes, which have maintained the basic ancient production methods honed by a variety of improvements over the years. They also have retail stores in Takashimaya Sakai and Senboku.
