Kaan Satoya

Bursting with completely new Japanese confections, created through
passionate research.

Founded during the early Showa period (1926-1989). Working eagerly to create
Japanese confections for use as gifts, they succeeded in the creation of the famous
"Torayaki." It was created to commemorate the victory of the Tigers, and is
characterized by its distinctive patterning. The light flavor and full volume have
been very well received.
